R.O.L.E Models utilizes fashion as a tool for health promotion to influence health equity and primarily (but not limited to) HIV awareness and advocacy among the black community.

R.O.L.E Models engages community through a peer influencer-model approach. The four pillars of the project are to Reach, Organize, Learn and Empower through innovative community engagement initiatives.

• R.O.L.E Models strives to REACH community through meaningful engagement and peer influence!

• R.O.L.E Models will ORGANIZE and mobilize communities to address the prevention, care and treatment, support, impact mitigation, access, stigma and barriers of health disparities!

• R.O.L.E Models will provide tools and resources for communities to LEARN and gain knowledge of health elements to foster awareness and advocacy!

• R.O.L.E Models strives to EMPOWER everyone to be in control of and invest into their health and overall quality of life!
